Penny Newbauer, Executive Vice President and National Servicing Manager

She came to us after working in and then managing an SBA lending department for 10 years. Penny manages the portfolio of SBA 7(a) and USDA loans serviced by H&M. These responsibilities include Form 1502 reporting on behalf of our customers and handling servicing requests. In addition, Penny sets up the processes by which reporting and servicing are fulfilled for all new clients.
Penny lives in St Paul, Minnesota, but is a transplanted South Dakotan who loves returning to the wide, open spaces of her beloved home state. In her spare time, she enjoys genealogy researching and antique hunting with her husband, John. The couple has one child, a beautiful daughter.
Penny earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in business/economics from the University of Minnesota, Morris.
